This social media plan for the City of Orlando’s Fourth of July Event - Fireworks at the Fountain - detailed the copy, platform and frequency of posting for the week leading up to the event and day-of the event. This plan was sent to upper leadership and other departments to keep everyone on the same page with social sharing. You can view the whole plan here.
This was a presentation I gave to Orlando neighborhood leaders about navigating social media and using social media to connect with their neighbors. The presentation included social media best practices as well as easy to implement tactics they could use to increase followers, engagement, and traffic to their neighborhood sites.
